WP: Washington Hopes to Play Vs. Dolphins

Coach [URL="http://www.washingtonpost.com/ac2/related/topic/Joe+Gibbs?tid=informline"]Joe Gibbs[/URL] said that Washington participated fully in yesterday's practice, but Washington said he is still pacing himself and taking precautions with the elbow he injured Aug. 18.
