how many yards do you realistically think he will get. im thinking less than 100

96 yds, 1 TD and maybe 2 receptions

betts will beat him out on yards but get no TD's

Portis has a chip on his shoulder. He will come out of the box smokin'. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if he had 120 yards rushing and a couple touchdowns.

Portis will be bringing everything he has. if that line keeps blocking like they were at the end of last season, easily 100+

Very true. I'm sure he could have gone this preseason, but I'm sort of glad he didn't, given what happened to him last year. He's all effort, and it got him hurt last year in a meaningless game.

Honestly.....He's coming in with a huge chip on his shoulder...I think he has a huge game this week...

Well I hope he isn't put in a situation that he does either, however IF he has to he can tackle as long as he doesn't think he's Chuck Cecil I'm fine.

Honestly I don't see the running game doing much this week. The Dolphins front 7 was great at stopping the run last season and it looks like they are gonna continue that this season. If we win this game it will be because our defense stepped up and JC did just enough in the passing game. I could see Santana having a great day seeing as how their secondary isn't that great, plus he's going up against Will Allen, who we all remember.
