He's the Hornets' point guard.

Yeah, it's local. He's not to be confused with the New Orleans Hornets point guard.

Chris Paul is a local radio personality. He's been doing Redskins songs for about 12 years now. He takes popular hip hop songs and changes the lyrics to topics about the Redskins and the opposing team for that week. They're usually pretty good and fun to listen to. They're popular enough that one of the Baltimore stations bit his idea and do songs for the Ravens, and I think I've heard similar songs for the Panthers too.

Other than the rap part of it, he is pretty creative ;-).

lol the guy's amazing.

Def a true Redskins fan, he can figure out good things to say about the Redskins even when they have a shitty season.

I don't think I've ever really heard the guy crap on any decisions the Redskins make.

(Maybe he has. I don't listen to WPGC 95.5 anymore. Anyone from the Metro area know if he is still on there anyway?)
