Vacation in Costa Rica
 

Has anyone ever been to Costa Rica? I bought cheap tickets, but then realized I have no idea about the country. The tickets are to san jose, I want to find out which is the best beach area, and where the best nightlife is (as I am single).

I just went to St. thomas last week. too me all those places are the same. you drink, swim, and eat then go home.

friends of mine just got back from costa rica and flat out loved it. good luck, and let us know how it went

I went back in March and loved it, but I went to some remote beach in the middle of nowhere for a weekend getaway with my girlfriend. There wasn't any nightlife, per se, around there.
