Congrats, nice solid win
Nice solid win last night. I like the way that the coaches seemed to stick with the gameplan in the second half. McNabbs ineffectiveness lead to the Philly defense spending a lot of time on the field. And sticking to that running game ate up clock and tired that defense out.
Good road win! Looks like Washington and Dallas slugging it ou in the NFC East again just like the old days. Just the way it should be! |

Agreed, I wouldn't have it any other way. I love to hate your team. Check that, I just hate your team! |

Eh... I was thinking they were overrated before the season started, and I still think their defense is suspect, but if they keep dropping 40 points on people, it won't matter. |
Re: Congrats, nice solid win
exactly Southpaw. It looks like the Cowboys may be the class of this division. Neither of us have played anyone great, and their D is suspect, but that offense is looking potent.

Re: Congrats, nice solid win
I have to admit, I didn't understand all of the preseason Dallas love. I never believed it when they were at the top of nearly everybody's predictions for representing the NFC in the Super Bowl.
Romo is in a groove, they have a good running game, while Witten and Owens make up a legit threat in the passing game. And Terry Glenn hasn't even played yet. What happened with their awful offensive line? Suddenly they look like Pro Bowlers. |

The Dallas medical staff will get paid after we play them. Everyone is laying hits this year. :) |
Re: Congrats, nice solid win
Redskins vs. Cowboys in the last game of the season for home field advantage. I love it.

No more does Dallas rely on TE or FB to help bolster the line behind a beat-up Marco Rivera. All rushing TDs scored by Barber have come over the right side of the line. With Davis and Columbo on the right and Adams on the left, the TE (Witten) can now play in pass routes, and it shows. Last season he was kept in to block mostly because of the ineptness of Rivera. But "Big" (as his team mates call him) Davis has been nothing short of outstanding. His presence has allowed the RB to get positive yardage on the right side. He is great in pass protection. And it nows puts one of our most steady weapons (Witten) in passing routes. |
Re: Congrats, nice solid win
The season is still young but it is a good start! The Redskins can not get too cocky or their fans!!!! :)
