hard hitting, and injuries
was it just me, but all of a sudden our defense looks very physical again. it looked like every time a lions wide-out caught a ball, they were looking to go down, instead of trying to make plays. and on top of that, it seemed like guys were getting hurt every other play.

I think Martz coaches them like that. I remember when he was with the Rams, Holt and Bruce used to always sit down before taking the big shot. It preserves them... But our D was swarming today. |

Yeah, everybody was laying the wood yesterday. It seemed like a competition, who could send the most Lions on the sidelines. Awesome effort all around on D.

Re: hard hitting, and injuries
Our D was looking very good, I was really pumped up after the first half. But, I think they hardest hit belongs to Mike "One Big Mofo" Sellers. He completely de-cleated that one guy. I was going ape-shit.
