Just make sure the line knows NOT to move at all so it looks like the QB doesn't have the ball yet.

I guess none of that D-line was watching the ball for the snap.

I concur, I made it a point at the beginning of the season to make my boys aware of BS plays like that. If they see anyone but the ref moving with the ball, ATTACK.
