Thanks for the kind words and encouragement on the [url=http://CharbroilGrilling.com]Sizzle on the Grill[/url] thing but another big opportunity launched today.

The [url=http://www.monkeysee.com]Welcome to MonkeySee[/url] site launched today!! The site is a searchable database of HowTo Videos and I am their Residet BBQ Expert. But they have Videos on everything!! If you think you got skills and live near the Metro DC area I'll put them in touch. Otherwise shortly folks will be able to upload their own just not prfessionally produced and shot.

As of right now I have 20 short clips covering Pulled Pork, Brisket, Ribs and Cole Slaw and Burgers and Dogs and Steaks and Grilled Chicken and Baked Bean

We shoot again next Tuesday doing Deep Fried Turkeys in Oil and also my Big Easy.

If you go to their main page click on Food & Drink or Most Viewed Video which is me.

The Videos look Great and as time goes I am more and more natural in front of a camera. I sure would like to get even a chance at FoodTV someday.

I "smell" a visit from Chef Gordon Ramsey! You'd best lock all the doors and batten down the hatches if this guy shows up to sample your handy work. Are you considering a run at "Hell's Kitchen" if things go well? Seriously, congrats and best of luck with your venture!

Anyways...

Great job on the site! We could use a good BBQ show on Food Network. You should submit your site to somebody at the Network and make sure you enter any contests to get a show. You'd be great.

I just watched your hot dog how-to. :goodjob: You are good in front of the camera.

Make sure you wear Redskins gear on the show though. :)

I film on Tuesday again doing a couple Deep Fried Turkeys. I WILL have on a Redskins Hat or Jersey. How's that?
