Good article, makes me feel good about ol Joe after he kills me every week with his lack of domination....

prob in reference to how many offensive formations we use, and or that joe has created.

I think he said big formation team, as in using two TE sets with big linemen, etc.

Running the same plays out of multiple formations with shifting to create a completely different look but the same play.

Agreed. FTA: "They have always been a big formation team, and they still are, but they have multiple plays now."
