If cartwright can't play will Mason be activated?
 

The Quad injury is day to day and being the KO returner, this surely affects his ability to be effective. I wonder if the Rock is not ready come Sunday, if Mason will be promoted from the practice squad.

Problem is that if we do that, we have to cut someone from the active roster. Who can we afford to cut at this point?

Good old Cody Boyd, poor guy just got reinstated to the roster and just might get demoted again.

No, you don't activate Mason because:

1. Both Thrash and ARE can handle kick return duties.
2. Portis, Betts and Sellers can play RB.

Betts will be the KR if Rock can't go. Even if he can't return kicks expect Rock to still be in on the punt team instead of inactive.

Agreed. Rock is a damn good KR, but we won't have to pull anyone up to cover him if he can't go. We still have a slew of decent-good KR's on the team. Hell...I'll do it.

I don't think we need to replace Rock with another RB, we'll probably use his spot to activate someone at another position.
