SFB Weekly Recipe: Kicked up Pulled Chicken
So I cooked up a quick Big Easy Chicken in about 35-45 minutes but you could cool a chicken in the oven or a bunch of pieces on the Grill.
When it cooled I pulled off all the skin and pulled all the meat from the bone.
I took all what I thought was crispy skin in a bowl and then sliced into thin strips and pieces. I then took that and tossed into a small pan.
Take yer time and brown without burning.
Yummys is what I think they call this.
Mix that in with Pulled Chicken and add a dash of Salt and Pepper and thats it.
Lil Mayo and a Pickle and Chips and yer done Boy. Eat that and come back and get another!
I like the idea of the skin crisp. Heck I could eat a bag of Chicken Skin Crisps.
Cook that up ahead of time and put cold on a bun [yuck!!!!!] ao heat up with yer Tailgating gear.
