Andre Lott looks like he's got the starting position at least for the first preseason game. Is that because he's playing like a NFL caliber starting FS or is it just because Sean Taylor is making too many rookie mistakes?

In fact given Lott is 1st string is he really outplaying Iffy or is it down to a difference in defence philosophy? Who is playing 2nd and 3rd string at SS assuming Bowen is playing 1st string?
How is the TE/HB battle playing out is anyone really standing out ? How is Cooley shapping up? |
