Guitarzan has my favorite name on the site and is now my favorite other-team fan trolling the site. I must admit, however, that it kind of disturbs me how much he seems to root against the Bears ... crazy man.

I must admit, prior to last night, somewhere not too buried in the back of my mind was the thought - well, if they lose out maybe the Skins can get within striking distance of drafting Chris Long (THE game-changer in this years draft). The thought was more palpable as I saw JC writhing on the ground. Winning sure does beat losing, though, draft be damned! Please don't step on my renewed enthusiasm next week Redskins, PLEASE.

We're starting to get quite a collection of "closet" Skins fans

You noticed that too? And it seems like it was before Taylor's death to be honest. But since his passing there are definitley more fans visiting this sight from other places.

America's "Cyber" team?

The bears and the skins have the same situation and breakdown this year. both have very conservative game. and a good (not great defense) both are once dominant team but now a lunch pail hardnose but inconsistent team. but fans here and there love and respect each other.

Yeah right. When I was in 3rd grade my family moved to the suburbs of Chicago(Orland Park). Anyway, the "local" Bears fans used to chase me home from the bus stop wanting to beat my ass because I loved the Redskins. Nothing like taking a beating for your team!

F@ck Bears fan!!!! Just kiddin':D

Bro, don't get me wrong....I'm a DIE HARD Bears Fan, to the core!
I never "root against the BEARS".....but, this is an exception. We are ALL brethren of the same sport. And Sean Taylor will be VERY MISSED. I don't care "who's fan" you are. You gotta respect GREAT TALENT.
I can think of no better way to show my "respect" for a GREAT Player, a GREAT PERSON, and a GREAT FRANCHISE...and FAN BASE, then to wish you all luck in that game, and honestly mean it.

I think you would have done the same for us. :woot:

It does NOT, in any way mean that I "root against my team".

Trust me.....I wont be so "obliging" the next time we meet!...LOL!!!! :headbange
