Collinsworth Seems To Hate Gumbel???
 

Chris Collinsworth seems to have this...i dunno...attitude like he tolerates gumbel but he thinks he's not a football guy (which we all know is true)...but nonetheless...did anyone pick up on that rift between the two?

For example, when CP ran 50 yards on the screen, Gumbel said "look at how many bears missed the tackle!!" and Chris responded "none"

Yeah I have noticed that since last year. I have a tough time just listening to Gumble through the TV. I feel sorry for Chris Collinsworth. I think it's kind of amusing also.

Yes, and Collinsworth has every right to. Gumbel is an enormous douche, and I definitely got the same feeling you did - you could almost feel CC rolling his eyes every time Gumbel opened his mouth and whined.

There were many times when CC openly contradicted Gumbel in the game. He is just a disaster and I can't believe they didn't replace him after his performance last year. He seems to have no clue what is going on.

If we're sitting at home screaming at the TV over how bad Gumble is, can you imagine what Collinsworth is thinking sitting right next to him?

Gumble sounds like he doesn't even prepare for the game. He mispronounces names, misidentifies players, I really don't understand how he got that gig or how he's holding on to it.

I still cannot believe Gumbel has a job. That guy's delivery is so awful and bland. Moreover, he doesn't really seem to know what he is talking about. I don't need my announcer's to sound like the Univision soccer announcers who scream "GOOOOOOAL," but I'd like to hear play-by-play commentating who sounds interesting an intelligent.

Well I'm no fan of Collinsworth either. In a perfect world they'd both be out IMO.

LOL! My favorite part of the game was when Suisham missed the field goal and Gumbel was like......... IT'S GOOD!!!!!! Wait, no it's not, my bad. He has some positive qualities, but he is the WORST, I mean, the WORST play by play man ever. Gumbel, here's a tip, when the field goal is kicked, wait till you see what the guys in the black and white stripes do. If they put their arms up, it's good, if they cross them back and forth, it's no good. Unbeliveable!!!!!

gumble is a huge asshole!he's a joke as an announcer but is pretty good on hosting shows.
