Firefox and Warpath links.
I hate to start a thread about this but I could use some help.
I stopped using IE for security reasons and switched to Firefox. When I tried to watch Dallas vs.Redskins highlights someone posted it took almost 5 minutes to show up. When it does appear it works fine but just takes forever. I've Googled my ass off trying to find a fix but no luck.Any help would be greatly appreciated. |
Re: Firefox and Warpath links.
It took so long because it is a large file, and it had to be downloaded before it could be viewed. I would recommend the download statusbar plugin for firefox.

Re: Firefox and Warpath links.
Right click and save to your computer. View from your hard drive so you don't have to download it each time.

+1. It's much easier to download to PC and watch... And here is a list of Firefox extensions I have that are great: *Adblock Plus *Copy Plain Text (allows copy and paste without the formatting) *ForecastFox (Weather at your fingertips in the bottom right hand corner of the browser) *meebo (log onto multiple IM clients through one interface) *IE Tab or IEView (allows you to see links in IE without having to open IE) *Google Toolbar for Firefox |
Re: Firefox and Warpath links.
+1 for IEView
The only others I use (and couldn't use Firefox without): * BugMeNot (database of login IDs for free sites to avoid registration) * Foxmarks (syncs bookmarks across all computers) |

Re: Firefox and Warpath links.
The Web Developer toolbar is pretty handy too.
