St. Olaf eh? I hope his stories are as entertaining as Rose Nylund's |
Re: Redskins Add Offensive Assistant
This is actually a guy I was hoping we would consider for the Head Coaching job before we decided on Zorn.

Yeah, I don't see how DS can see that the "process" was complete w/out an interview of Meidt in the first place. |

Re: Redskins Add Offensive Assistant
Apparantly, they hired another guy too.

sarcasm?... i don't know who this guy is or what to make of him. but i'm glad zorn is able to bring in a few guys of his own picking to help ease his transition. |
Re: Redskins Add Offensive Assistant
St. Olaf? A div 3 school? Are you kidding me?
In other news...Pop Warner coach makes jump to the NFL as Washingtons new quarterbacks Coach, film at 11. |
Re: Redskins Add Offensive Assistant
He'll probably be a lower level assistant. Nothing to get worked up over.

Re: Redskins Add Offensive Assistant
Why are we hiring college coaches? This guy and now some other guy who is going to be the D-line coach with no NFL experience. Just kind of strage. I thought we had already signed a D-line coach.

St. Olaf eh? I hope his stories are as entertaining as Rose Nylund's[/QUOTE] Holy crap...we're sinking to a D3 coach now? First we decide to hire a HC even though the guy has no head coaching OR OC / DC experience, now we hire a D3 coach? I am REALLY trying to stay optimistic, but they are really raising my eyebrows. I hope they know what they are doing! |

Don't get me wrong, I will give them chances, but like I said in another thread, you go off odds. Odds are these guys will not be winners, and these signings are not smart. I will reserve my judgement until I see them coaching. Hey we all want this work out, but if DS intentions were to lower expectations, well, mission accomplished. |
