half of it did happen in some form though, and some of it (regenerating limbs) is possible in limited forms, but facing government obstructions. air walls could be aerogel (which is basically a perfect thermal barrier, insanely light, and able to support large weights to its relative density).

some of it does seem a bit silly though.

A 24 hour work week, now we're talking.

Honestly though, I really think I would be more productive working less hours. I've always found that when I have a 1/2 day for something, I can still get all of my work done and then some. When I know I have less time to dick around I tend to keep my nose to the grindstone.
