Did this replace Redskins 360 that David Elfin did? He seemed pretty sporadic and very brief when he posted. It'd be nice for a JLC counterbalance to be provided consistently.

Not as far as I know. The paper has opened a new section called "Communities" and the blog is there.

Looks good, I'm gonna add it. I read JLC's blog but he clearly displayes a bias against the 'Skins on some occasions. If the Times doesn't update this blog though I won't read it anymore.
