Nothing here[/QUOTE] This was supposed to show that Kearse was not on an injury report list but the link doesn't work....sorry :confused- |
Didn't we learn anything with Trotter? This is a blessing. Douglas is not fast enough and surely isn't healthy enough considering how much weight he lost.
The fact that the Jags bailed on him after one season is telling. I wouldn't have minded if they brought him in here, but at the same time he doesn't appear to have much left in the tank. Perhaps going back to Philly will recharge him, who knows.

Players blossum under Jim Johnson, im surprised hes not a head coach at this point. They needed another end since kalu is injured, so now they have their former stud to play opposite kearse. In Jacksonville Douglas got all the attention, mabye opposite kearse he will make more plays. But hopefully they will both just end up sidelined with injuries.
Douglas will likely be used in specific situations in PHilly and not play every down. That should make him more effective there then he would have been in Jax or than he would have been here when he really would have been needed on every defensive snap.
man we really could have used him, now the eagles just grow stronger. douglass is much better than kalu.
