Griffin to sit out for Lions game
 

Griff's shoulder needs this rest, been fighting through serious pain from all accounts. Hopefully we won't need him this week anyway, give up some time to LA.

We will need a healthy griff down the stretch after the bye. Lets hope hes close to full speed for the big playoff push!

Yeah, it's a good idea. I think Montgomery will start in his place and he's been playing pretty well.

Rather have him for Pittsburgh than Detroit, that's for sure

I've heard his name tossed around in this NFL banned substances scandal. Wonder if that has anything to do with this.
