Fletcher and Carter both are dealing with foot injuries. Starting LT [I][URL="http://www.washingtonpost.com/ac2/related/topic/Chris+Samuels?tid=informline"]Chris Samuels[/URL][/I] was very limited in practice, but he is scheduled to play despite a lingering knee injury.
