Re: pool troubles

I don't have one But I do have a traditional pool.

I would inspect the hoses and pump.
Does the pump run on a set timer or is it off for the winter?

does the water ever level off(stop losing water)?

there are some underwater patches you can get for the liner if it's underwater.

I'm not sure how to detect the leak...

Re: pool troubles

I have a customer and he does leak detection for pools so their are people who do this kind of work. Don't call a pool company but look in the phone book and find someone directly who does this stuff. If you don't have any luck finding a person call a pool company and see if they know of a repair person. The reason I say don't call the a pool company directly is because most of them will then call a repair person and just mark up their bill for pushing the paper through.
