Steelers vs. Cardinals: Best Super Bowl Ever?
I've watched many a Super Bowl in my day, and I have to tell you guys, this is probably the best and definitely the most exhilarating. Yes, including last year's game between the Pats and the Giants.
I really feel badly for Warner, Fitzgerald and the whole Cardinals team but the best team won today. Or did they? |

Definitely a top game. Hard to compare them aross years but it was great!

Re: Steelers vs. Cardinals: Best Super Bowl Ever
**** this super bowl. Untill the final 3 mins it was one of the most boring super bowls ive ever seen. Poor driving up the field, too many penalties, and not enough consistant driving up the field.

Re: Steelers vs. Cardinals: Best Super Bowl Ever
I was gonna call it the worst called game ever actually, just behind the Seahawks-Steelers SB. I've never seen so many calls go one way (in a team's favor). After the infamous "push-off" call i didn't thing a SB would be handled so badly but wonders never cease.

i still can't get over the fact that they didn't review warner's fumble at the end. was anyone else surprised?

I say it ties the Titans vs Rams in excitement, but last years was the best.

Yes...what could be more deserving of a review than the final seconds of the biggest game of the year....WTF?...I still can't believe that. |
Re: Steelers vs. Cardinals: Best Super Bowl Ever
It was worth watching. I was thinking that it was going to be a blowout going into half-time. Close but no cigar.

Re: Steelers vs. Cardinals: Best Super Bowl Ever
It was great until the last ten seconds. They spent 10 minutes reviewing that Holmes touchdown which was fairly clear and they didn't bother with the last play of the game. IMO, they got the call wrong too. Wrong or not, that play should have been reviewed and there will always be what if's because it wasn't. Those lead changes were epic and that call totally ruined it.

especially when arizona has fitzgerald, and with the premature celebration by pittsburgh, that would have tacked on 15 yards and made a very doable 35 yard field for a touchdown. i will be forever unsatisfied with that ending. |
Re: Steelers vs. Cardinals: Best Super Bowl Ever
Best ever? The end was great, no doubt. However, a big part of the game was really, really, really boring.

Re: Steelers vs. Cardinals: Best Super Bowl Ever
At what point was that game boring? It was close and never bogged down or anything. I get bored real easy watching teams I don't care about but that game was fun to watch the entire time for me.
