Springs Agrees With Patriots.
I'm glad he's out the NFC East to be honest. I thought it deserved it's own thread.

It will be nice to see him standing on someone else's sideline in street clothes.

I know!!! LOL! So true. |
Re: Springs Agrees With Patriots.
Well unless Marcus Washington shows up and kicks him in the calf again, there's a good chance he'll be on the field for them the whole year.

Dude it is always something with Springs you will see. If it is not his calf, ribs, knee, ankle or vagina it is something else. He doesn't play through pain. |
Re: Springs Agrees With Patriots.
I guess we'll see.

Re: Springs Agrees With Patriots.
I'm just going to wish him well rather than go through the tired complaints.

Re: Springs Agrees With Patriots.
That seems a good fit. I'm so glad he's not w/the iggles.
For all the cracks about his injuries, he is 34 & still very good when he's out there. Injuries were always his problem even in seattle. He did a lot for the team in b&g though. Too bad he won't be here as a nickel in 09. |

I would beg to differ, but it's a moot point. He's older and more injury prone. He played almost all season and thru the playoff run in 2007 injured as many forget. If he could be out there he would have been. But yes, he's been injury prone alot recently. |

But yes, he's been injury prone alot recently.[/quote] Recently? He's missed at least 4 games in 5 different seasons during his career, and he's only played all 16 games once in the past 8 years. He's also missed 14 games the past 3 seasons. His only real stretch of durability was between 1998-2000. He's great when he's healthy, which isn't often enough. Pair that with his unwillingness to take a paycut, and it's bye bye. |
Re: Springs Agrees With Patriots.
So I´ve been out of country for spring break and the Redskins have completely changed. Haynesworth and no Springs? I guess Springs was expected.
