Nancy Cooley battling breast cancer
 

I believe this deserves a its own thread, especially when it's Redskins' one of the greatest players.. Cooley's mom is battling breast cancer, a single mother who raised Cooley and his brother all alone.. The Cooley family is in my thoughts and I hope the best for them..

I feel for anyone who has a sick mother. My thoughts and prayers are with them and I wish them the best.

Thoughts and prayers to Nancy Cooley and family. Amazing that she only missed one home game, even during treatment and surgery!

My mother and grandmother are both breast cancer survivors. My mom's cancer had spread to her lymphatic system before they caught it. She was sick for a while (chemo and radiation are brutal), but thank God she pulled through it. She's been cancer free for a long time know.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Cooley family. I know what they are going through, and it's not easy. Fortunately they seem to have a strong family. That kind of love and support is a big deal. Plus I'm sure Chris is making sure she has the absolute best care money can buy.

The statement in bold, absolutely; he even had Snyder hooked up his mother with the doctor he used for his wife.. Also now I know who Chris got his personalities from.. Sounds like a great lady..

Not to try to sound condescending or anything but this news is kinda a year old. Chris has actually done a lot of good things to help raise money for Breast Cancer patients over that time, it's been awesome to see. You can check out a lot of the stuff on his blog.
