We did on NFL.com too, I belive. We were defintley a much better team this week, even though we still lost. I wasent that shocked to see the move up.

Yeah, I think our team took a step up, especially at the end of the game. If we could play the whole game like we played the last 5 minutes, our team would be just plain scary! Brunnel was looking like he was 10 years younger; Gardner was looking like a 1st round draft pick; Portis started running like a pro-bowler. Our defense was excellent pretty much the whole game, even without LaVar. I'm sure that these analysts took all this stuff into consideration.

nfl.com only ranks 12 teams i think, and after the giants loss we fell off...

who cares about nfl rankings anyhow?i do'nt care if the skins are dead last in everything,except losses.

It seems that is a combination of:

A. They are seeing the same things we are, in that the offense seems to be on the verge of really coming together, while the D is still a force even without Lavar and Daniels. Plus the bad calls practically gave the game to Dallas.
B. Other teams moving down to force us up by default.

I'd like to think it was more A than B, but who knows...

This is encouraging, but we fell unfairly low after the loss to the Giants.

unfair? 7 turnovers and a loss to the giants? lol
