Other Teams Cuts to 53
 

Lots of guys gonna be coming on the wire shortly. Just thought we could have a convenient starter:

David Tyree is cut. Along with the Giants 5th round draft pick - a QB they hope to sign to the practice squad (Is he Washington bound - LOL).

so can ESPN/NFL somehow make cut day the next draft party?
Instead of 4 preseason games, we could have 3, and then an ESPN show featuring the bubble players from each team. Followed by the cuts

^^ Smoot, I think CRedskins just gave you the idea that will get you that next big promotion.

The scary thing is - you may be right. It would give the talking heads another chance to praise and lambast FO's and to repeat reheated analysis all day. Fans would suck it up b/c they could praise and lambast the talking heads and their FO's - while being glued to their sets hoping for a nugget of info.

Brandon Frye, OT, was pretty darn good at Va Tech...

Don't know what he's like now... guess hasn't taken the step up... but he seems like he should be on a roster at least.

NFL Network is having a special "cuts" show at 7 PM ET tonight, right before the Redskins-Jags replay.

The Raiders cut Ryan Boschetti. He's not a great player and I am not lobbying for us to re-sign him. But it still seems sad since he has such a great attitude.

and another QB - Booty is cut in Minnesota. I think Chase clearing wavers is a pretty safe bet.
