The Redskins line is about to face the best defensive line in the NFL. Are they up to it? Read it.

Big Derrick Dockery, the massive offensive guard the Redskins drafted, trained for several years, lost to the Buffalo Bills and then re-acquired earlier this season, is being counted on to help turn the offensive line from a liability to a strength. The ironic thing is Jacobs response is kind of redundant.

"When I was in 10th grade, I was 242 pounds ... running the ball."

If I remember right Haynesworth was also running the ball in high school.

I love how they say on Sportscenter..Laron Landry gets run over by brandon jacobs, but the redskins this offseason bring in someone to make sure brandon jacobs doesn't run over him again...enter 350lb albert haynesworth. god i can't wait til sunday

The very first thing I said when we signed Haynesworth was, "Well it looks like we found our answer to Brandon Jacobs."

I think this first game is going to answer a lot of questions. It's going to be a lot of fun (or not) to evaluate the team.

I'm sure there's a forum on bottlenosepath.net that would love to hear the particulars of that story.
