Is Zorn just a bad leader or the bigger issues of his coaching coming from the front office

Just asking, is Zorn that bad of a coach and he truly has no idea which way to go with this team, or is it or could it be , that alot of his mental aspects (such AS VINNY AND SYDNER ARE TELLING HIM WHAT TO DO AND HOW TO DO IT? nOn OF US KNOWS for sure OURSELVES. But the one thing i have seen clearly is he puts no trust in his players. Again this is only my opinion but he has no confidence in the playes this team is doomed before the season is over.

If Snyder and Cerrato were calling the plays we would try at least twenty long bombs per game.

Zorn went 8-8 his first year with DS and Vinny in the background. One could argue that that is the sign of a good leader. Just a counterpoint to the thread's premise.

I'm actually not arguing that he's a good or bad leader. I think it is too early to make the call.

The Front office can't be to concerned with Zorn they did the hiring. With that said it takes 3 years to get his plan into place so lets wait and see how this year goes. We got some crying ass fans that are giving up after 1 game. Man I hope your alot tougher with your own personal affairs cause this aint shit. talk to me if we are 0-16. Pease

Just asking, are you that bad a thread starter and you truly have no idea how to start threads, or could it be that we mods are to blame for allowing you to still start threads?...

Look, as mentioned, we get it. You're upset. And I would agree that I'm frustrated with some of Zorn's playcalling from this past weekend as well. But a) we already have enough threads going where you could have shared your thoughts and didn't need to start yet another, b) I don't even understand what other point is, that Vinny and Snyder are the real coaches? On defense, and special teams as well?, and c) Snyder dude, Snyder...not Synder

You should learn how to close parentheses. (Just a pet peeve of mine)

To your point...you have no point and make absolutely no sense whatsoever.

I feel your frustration after the loss and I believe we all were frustrated by it . It was one game but the offense and defense seemed the same but we stopped Jacobs from running wild this time. Zorn needs to stop going with his script if the game quickly changes and go by feel like plenty of good playcallers do. I do not blieve it but if someone would is telling Zorn what plays to run in the front office then he needs to be shot. His job is at stake rather with us or a future team. I just think ultimately it all comes down to talent. We just don't have the talent level of the other NFC East teams of other elite teams. We just have to continue through the draft and sign a few free agents here and there.
