It comes down to the pipes for the Caps. I think we have to hope Varlamov can seize the job. Jose has had bouts of awesomeness but he's also had more bouts of downright averageness. He'd be a good to great backup if Semyon can mind the net like he did in the playoff.s

Personally, I think Varlamov and Neuvirth have outplayed Theo in preseason.
