Those guys are money with their clips. I really dont know how they always get that stuff up so fast.

Looks like he's got a DVR (TiVO) hooked up to his computer. Makes it pretty easy to just save clips and upload them-- or make DVDs. Gotta love modern technology!

If you go and download those Giants Clips, they show some of the Drives Ramsey manevuered ( both good and bad ). When watching that good drive, on that TD to Porits, I just cant see Brunell making a throw like that.... I wish he was our qb

CrazyCanuck 10-18-2004 09:12 PM

Those clips are awesome. Thanks for the post.

Skins4SB 10-18-2004 09:15 PM

I don't see any Ramsey ones. Where are they?

Gmanc711 10-18-2004 09:44 PM

You gotta go to search and just put in " Video Highlights " and you'll get clips from the Buc's, Giants, Browns and Bears games. I watch that Portis 64 yrd run like 20 times a day. Anyways, jsut do that and you'll get a ton of options.

You have to register first though don't you?

Gmanc711 10-18-2004 09:55 PM

Yeah, if I knew how to post them on here I would.

Skins4SB 10-18-2004 10:07 PM

Yeah, I enjoyed watching the 64 yd Portis run. But personally, I think the clip of all of Portis' runs against the Bears were good too. I also had to see Brunell miss Coles.

SmootSmack 10-19-2004 01:26 AM

Watching those highlights of Portis' runs downfield against the Bears I'm really impressed by Coles and Gardner's blocking. I think that's something that Jacobs needs to work on

For those of us who don't have TiVo in our computers, I found another way to get clips. If you have a video camera you can hook it up to your cable box or Direct TV and record the game directly onto your camera and then upload the game onto your computer. Then you can pick out the clips you want. The only thing is, it's not as instantaneous as having the game record directly to your computer. I wanted to do this a few weeks ago but I gave up because there were no "highlight" clips in my opinion. Since then I haven't had the time to do it. Another down fall is you have to pay attention and change the tapes....otherwise it stops recording at the end of a tape.

you don't need tivo, you just need a $20-50 TV capture card, the cable from the wall plugs straight into the computer and you can use your monitor like a TV and/or record it directly to your hard drive (and if you want, recompress it with divx for much smaller file sizes)...

a USB TV card would work as well.
