2010 NFL Off-Season Rumors and Reports (Week 3)
Redskins met with Bowling Green WR Freddie Barnes after (or maybe before) his Pro Day performance yesterday
Redskins showing a lot of interest in Eric Berry, may bring him in for a private workout. Zac Robinson as well |

If we sign Porter we will most likely trade Carter and/or Mcintosh?

he's projected as a 5th rounder... given that we only have 5 draft picks, I dont think we can afford to spend a single draft pick on a wide receiver though.

McIntosh is currently our second ILB, I dont' think signing Porter affects his status. We aren't getting much for Carter. |

More WRs? I thought we were set? How many more do you need?

Well we did cut ARE, so we need to pick up a 5th WR from somewhere. |

ARE was a WR? I thought he just went side to side on kick offs? |

Well if we can barely get a 4th for Campbell, I can't imagine Carter would fetch as much. I would only want to trade Carter if we get Porter (or if we plan on releasing him). If they are considering a release, we need to get him out the door sooner rather than later... |

all the more reason to be looking for a WR/KR... we had one horrible player filling both spots last year. Campbells never done anything to distinguish himself, so i'm not surprised he doesnt have much value right now. |
