Not sure why the link does not work but if you type in people of wal mart the site comes up. You can close this thread is you want because the first link I used showed peoples email address then this one won't work so it was doomed from the start.

Yea I've followed this for some time as well. I cant believe how close thes people get to take some of those pics.

Yeah I've known about this website too. And it's true, I mean if you have ever set foot in a Walmart you'd probably find at least one of those people every time you shop there. Every time I'm in there I see at least one person that makes me think,"gee I should just whip out my phone and get a picture that I can submit to peopleofwalmart.com lol"

Its a shame, this crap is even around. what kind of person would post this crap and think its all good I'd like to see the people taking the pics. They are all probaly models witht tons of cash and even more self-respect and class.

No seriously, this site is real and awesome. I used to take pics for this site from time to time and my pics have shown up. It's totally awesome.

I haven't been in a walmart though for about 3 months. I had a serious convo with my wife about why i dont like them and how it is a moral issue with me.

People that leave the house looking like that deserved to be photographed. Wouldn't surprise me if some do it on purpose to make it on that site. The clientele at Wal-Mart are definitely a sight to see at times.

I pretty much promise you that's not the case unless it's a college aged person that ends up posing for the pic. Having lived in southern VA and taken many trips to one of the Wal-Marts right at the WV border on the way to our annual FarmFest there are plenty of people like that.
