Brandon Banks still not ruled out of Monday's game
 

Redskins return specialist Brandon Banks, who had arthroscopic surgery to repair a small tear in one of his knees last week, spent part of Friday's practice catching punts and kickoffs, Coach Mike Shanahan said, leaving open a slight possibility that Banks could play Monday night against Philadelphia.
