Report: Grossman Starting on Sunday
 

Kelli Johnson of CSN Washington is now reporting that Rex Grossman has been given the nod to start on Sunday. I haven't heard if confirmed or denied anywhere else

If that quote about the locker room is correct, this might be a blunder that extends into the offseason & next year. I see a roll over & die performance in the works is this is true:

Man, WTF is Shanahan doing? This makes no sense whatsoever.

Trading for McNabb was just a total, epic fail. So much for the Skins not being laughing stock anymore.

Good lord. If Rexs falls on his face the Shannahans look like idiots, but if he plays well then McNabb will look washed up and is probably gone next year.

You would figure that Kyle has lobbied for Rex, just as before in the det. game. Just have to wonder what MS is thinking on this?

Mcnabb hasnt played very good so why not? i guess we will see just how good or bad of a call this is

I have a question: Why the hell did we sign McNabb to an extension? Even though we're not on the hook for much if he doesn't come back next year, why even do it at all?

Between the week 8 benching in Detroit, the piss poor clock management, the Haynesworth ordeal, and now this, I'd say they already look like idiots. And according to Kelli Johnson, MS has lost the locker room.

Sweet. Our latest "savior" only took 13 weeks to lose the team.

I'm beside myself right now. This is just the cherry on top of a blunder-filled season.

he is 5th, i think, in passing yards right now. he isn't playing great but a lot of this has to do with play calling. it's not the fact that this may or maynot be a bad call it's the fact that it is now obvious that there is no plan in place for the future of this team. and thats the scary part.
