If someone who has a siamese twin commits murder, are they still punished?

Good question, I remember this episode on Tales from the krypt or some crap, Her twin wouldn't really be innocent seeing that they were there and did nothing.

What Quake said. Since you know the twin had been there and couldn't stop it, that twin would most likely be charged as an accomplice.

I was trying to find out what would happen to someone if they got away with murder as a 7 or 8 year old only to get caught as an adult after watching an SVU marathon and the Google search I used to find it led me to this question.
