Minnesota court refuses to review appeal in "StarCaps" case
“The Minnesota Supreme Court has just issued this morning an order denying a review of the appeals court decision that went in favor of the league,” NFL spokesman Greg Aiello said today on PFT Live. “The result is the case is over and we, the NFL, prevailed in the case. So there is a court in Minnesota that rules in our favor from time to time.” Presumably, that means Pat Williams, Kevin Williams and Will Smith will all be suspended for the first four games of the 2011 NFL season.
NFL declares victory in StarCaps case | ProFootballTalk |
Re: Minnesota court refuses to review appeal in "StarCaps" case Heh, now that Minny is no longer a contender, having them missing games really isn't a big deal. The Williams wall also has regressed from their previously established "top dog" status anyway. |
Re: Minnesota court refuses to review appeal in "StarCaps" case Guess the NFL had to win something today |

Or as I call it, being extra attentive. |
Re: Minnesota court refuses to review appeal in "StarCaps" case Well said... my sign will hafta include NHL very soon the way this post season is going |

Besides there's a new version of the Williams Wall in the NFC with the Lions. |
