Skins Tickets - Electronic Delivery
Hey All,
Just a quick question for an out of towner. Just purchased my tickets for opening day... and for the first time ever, I got them via electronic delivery... I've def had this for other events, but I thought with all the tickets being "season tickets" that they always came in hard copy. Been going to Skins' games since 04' and this is the first time it was like this... anything to be worried about? In addition, does anyone know what Sections were eliminated this year for the "Party Deck"? Thanks! |

Re: Skins Tickets - Electronic Delivery
Only thing I would suggest is calling the Skins ticket office, or wherever you got them from. I don't see why there would be anything to worry about regarding electronic delivery tix.

Re: Skins Tickets - Electronic Delivery
Did you use NFL.com ticket exchange? I listed a pair of my preseason tickets for sale on there and I noticed an option for electronic delivery. It is something they call "ticket fast". I usually sell through Stub Hub when i can't go and with Stubhub I mail the actual hard copy of the ticket out. I think this ticket fast thing may be where the business is heading.
From NFL.com: TicketFast®: We are able to electronically validate and reissue ticket barcodes on select tickets. The process of reissuing the ticket does not require intervention from a sales agent and a link to your tickets is sent directly to you. |

I mean I've used electronic tickets to Tampa Bay before when the Skins were down there, and NY Rnagers game... I just have never gotten them for Skins' so I was a little taken aback. And since all tickets are "season tickets" I did not know if that was an option. I know up until a couple years ago the Redskins & Bengals both did not have electronic tickets. I don't really think I have anything to worry about, but ya never know. |

When the electronic ticket is issued to you the hard copy the season ticket holder has becomes invalid. If someone tried to enter the game with the original game ticket the scanner would reject it. Thats how it's supposed to work anyway... |
