I think your alright man but you really need to chill on the sophisticated stuff, that's what folks here get tired of not your points about the team but mainly the use of words you choose. No, the analogy is someone mangling english and then insulting others for not understanding him.

It's pretty simple - The words you use don't mean what you think they do.

For what it's worth, I agree that cutting JC was the right thing to do. The Shanny's were convinced he couldn't do what they wanted. However, in saying that, they should have been equally convinced that McNabb, Beck & Grossman couldn't do it either.
