I have not seen this posted but it looks like RGIII might want to come here and not play for the Colts.

This is interesting, but I'm not sure we can quite reach the conclusion that RGIII would rather join the Skins than the Colts simply because he turned down the Colts' workout invitation. As the article also said, he would refuse a workout with any team.
