Marketing "Bob" Griffin
Good read here

Re: Marketing "Bob" Griffin
If he lives up to the hype on the field he's got superstar potential as far as marketing goes. I read that he plans on living off his endorsement money for now and banking his Skins contract. Smart kid.

Re: Marketing "Bob" Griffin
Yeah, that's true. I know a lot of other athletes actually who do that, but it's rarely publicized. Think Tiger Woods did it, for one.

Re: Marketing "Bob" Griffin
He has done nothing to earn the adult names "Robert" or "Bob." He should be called "Bobby" only. :)

Re: Marketing "Bob" Griffin
I think Robby Griffin sounds best. :D

Re: Marketing "Bob" Griffin
I think that whole Osi talking smack kinda back fired on him .. yeah you are the champs , that goes without saying .. but everyone has already forgotten that ~ RG3 is the future for many years & nobody will remember Osi ... RG3 has the potential of marketing/ability that we DC sports fans have not had since I've been around (81') .. not to mention we might just have the next best thing to RG3 ... #Natitude ... god I hope this picture shows up in my post .. i was at the cubs vs dbacks game on MLB Network when I busted out this little diddy RG3 style behind homeplate

actually the reverse is true for tiger..here lately he makes well more than 10 times in endorsement money than he makes in winnings...I read an article some time back that said he lives off of his winnings and banks the endorsement money |

With Tiger I'd assume he'd live off the money he makes off of golf, which was a lot more than he made from golf.... and bank the endorsement money. Since his scandal I assume he's taken a massive pay cut from endorsements. lol. |
