Around the league divisional weekend
Divisional weekend
Baltimore @ Denver Houston @ New England Seattle @ Atlanta Green Bay @ San Fran Also junior seau tested positive for CTE a disease that is associated with repeated head trauma |
Re: Around the league divisional weekend
Winners:
Broncos Patriots  Falcons :D 49ers Peyton Manning wins the SB over the Falcons...not trusting Colin Kapernick to take them all the way. I'm jsut sick of the Patriots and I don't see anyone slowing the Broncos down. |
Re: Around the league divisional weekend
game of the week gonna be 49ers vs Packers...gonna be at a party, will have to make time

Re: Around the league divisional weekend
I will be just fine watching a Broncos/Falcons Super Bowl. I'm not sure who I would root for though.

Re: Around the league divisional weekend
Denver
NE ATL GB. Denver vs GB SuperBowl. Of course a GB vs NE Superbowl would be exciting as well. |

[YT]FgK12g8to7U[/YT] I'm a big Peyton Manning fan anyway. If RGIII was not entering the league this year, I was hoping we'd get him. |

So more than likely one team loses at home. Just a matter of which one. |
Going big upset
Ravens over Denver |
Re: Around the league divisional weekend
Texans over Patriots

That will definitely be ATL. I can't believe all you people think ATL actually has a legitimate shot to win this game. Seattle is going to wipe the floor with the Falcons. 1) Falcons had the easiest schedule in the league this year 2) They have not won a playoff game since 2005, losing in the first round of the playoff 3 of the last 4 years. (The other year they didn't make it) 3) Russell Wilson has more playoff wins than Matt Ryan 4) ATL ranks 24th in the league in defense. Seattle ranks 4th In other news: Denver over Ravens 24-13 Packers over Niners 17-14 Patriots over Texans 31-17 |

Seattle is not a good road team, except for last week of course. If I'd change any of my picks to take one road winner, it would be Green Bay beating SF, but I don't think GB has a complete-enough team to go to the SB again. Middle-of-the-pack defense and not much of a running game. Can they make it again? Sure, but there are more complete teams still playing they'll have to beat. |
Re: Around the league divisional weekend
Patriots 35-24
Atlanta 31-16 Broncos 38-26 Green Bay 35-28 Also I saw Inside the NFL last night and Richard Sherman just moved up to number 1 most hated player in the league, in my book. Any of you all hate Finnegan? Wait until you hear sherman and some of the crap he was saying. They even showed what Trent and Sherman were saying to each other. "Boy I'm ******* smack you in your **** face" "[something like] Do it then boy!" and then Trent just owns him in the face. Sherman can play but his mouth exceeds his play. |

The Redskins, and the Broncos. |

To be honest the Broncos only beat two playoffs team just like the Falcons, New England only beat three, Ravens only beat two teams. Teams play who are on their schedule, last year NE only beat one team with a winning record on their way to the superbowl, the Broncons this year have played teams in the AFC west and have gotten on a roll with easy opponents, teams play teams on their schedule, but with all that said I am still not that high on the Falcons. |
