I will watch the 1st QTR if it gets stupid which I think it will I'll turn it off like last week . It's a shame that RG3 is the scapegoat now smh

I mean he should be inactive; otherwise Shanahans explanation (as fake as it is) is completely negated. I almost hope they just throw him on IR (Whatever the equivalent is for a non injury) and let Cousins and Grossman mop this up.

But holy hell what a circus this is. I'm sure there is plenty of blame to go around, but I'm quickly losing any remaining respect I still held for Shanahan.

I wonder how Griff feels about all this. And I'm not talking about his media side. I mean how he truly feels. Like if he blames himself or thinks Shanahan is just an idiot or whatever. Ah, to be a fly on the wall at Redskins Park.

^Agreed. I mentally checked out of this season during the viking debacle, but I've still been following along and watching games. But this will be/is the final nail in the coffin for me.
Not that it makes any difference to the universe, but I think I may take down my redskins-ornament only Christmas tree (aka, the tree of shame) when I get home. It makes me sick.

It's pretty sad when your shithead coach will actually bench the starting qb to force his way out of a job. Congrats on how quickly you're burning your bridges Shanny, hopefully the other owners learn a lesson from this. I'll be watching this week, at least until we start getting blown out.

I will say this, I'm more excited to watch this game because Cousins is starting, hoping he does well and we can turn that into picks....

What if Cousins starts Sunday and the team wins? What happens if Cousins looks better in a typical MS style offense (meaning no option and pocket passing with some roll outs) and the team keeps winning?
