I never saw any news that Chester's contract was restructured or adjusted, if you can provide the link to such news I will look at it and incorporate the impact.

There's nothing on WP or Keim's blog about it at the moment.

I know I have contacted the mods several times about changing it as I created my account back in 06 and found it to be way to much lol
