Copying from another thread. Next year's schedule -- a bit of a mixed bag. Bye week is week 8, which is good. But we end with two road games v. division rivals -- Eagles and 'Boys.

Miami
Rams
@ Giants (after short week)
Eagles
@ Atlanta
@ NYJ
Tampa
BYE
@ NE
NO
@ Carolina
Giants
Dallas
@ Chicago
Bills
@ Philly
@ Dallas

How does our schedule rate in toughness compared to rest of the league? It looks pretty weak.

Travel looks pretty good. no West Coast games.. Looks like the farthest is to the Bears. (besides Dallas of course)

I hate to sound like an optimist but the schedule sets up nice for us. The bye is perfect and having the easier part of the schedule the first half just gets our confidence up for the playoff run. Wouldn't be great to clinch a spot the last week of the season playing such a garbage franchise? Httr, I'm kinda pumped

Re: NFL schedule released

today I say 16-0, including a 52-14 thrashing of the Patriots.

Next week I may not say that. :)

Let's just hope Suh doesn't destroy all of our QBs in week 1.

Think it would be good if they ended up at 8-8! Just being optimistic.

Week 3 Thursday night at the Gnats. Is it asking too much for the Skins not to embarrass us on prime time, again? We know the refs won't stop the clock to get the down marker right on our drive, or allow a TD if our runner dives across the goal line. Might be a tough game to watch.

My prediction is 9-7 but no playoffs.
