Redskins Rams Gameday Thread
Second game of the SM era. I hope to see fewer penalties, with the same hard effort we saw last week. This being the Rams, I expect them to play fairly dirty, I hope our players are smart about any responses.
It would be nice going in to week 3 at 1-1, and possibly tied for an early division lead. Most importantly, a win would give the whole team confidence that I think it badly needs. |
Re: Redskins Rams Gameday Thread
The kool aid tastes great today. It's probably the cherry vodka I mixed with it...but I have a good feeling. I think kirk is going to look good today. Hoping to see some production from ross and crowder in DJax absence. My brother gets to go out and watch the game at the bar today...so I'm pretty psyched all around.

Re: Redskins Rams Gameday Thread
A win would be very nice, says Captain Obvious. Win or lose, I remain hopeful that our team will continue to progress.
Yet I must admit that I've seen enough poor ST play by the Skins to last me a lifetime. Today, I really want us to make the big plays on ST; us to kick-off through the end zone; us to block a kick or run back a kick for a TD; us to make the game-winning field goal. Show me something today, ST players! |
Re: Redskins Rams Gameday Thread
Nope. Just don't see it happening. I'll believe this offense can score when I see it happen on a regular basis.
20 -10 Rams. D holds them to a TD and field goal. the other 10 pts come off turnovers and poor ST play. Sent from my VS985 4G using Tapatalk |
Re: Redskins Rams Gameday Thread
Another low scoring game. Just have a feeling the Skins sneak this one from the Rams. 13-10?

Re: Redskins Rams Gameday Thread
I expect to see a short game with lots of running this week. I think if we did what we did last week (minus the penalties) we walk out with a win. If not, make that 0-2.
It's been a bad weekend. Pirates got thumped by Navy, and ended up in ER last night with insane back spasms. Hopefully, I'll have something positive going into next week. |
Re: Redskins Rams Gameday Thread
Skins get their ST and penalty Sierra in order and flog the R's like a...rented mule
24-21 Skins |

Re: Redskins Rams Gameday Thread
I'm at Dave and Busters in Lions territory (I'm in Michigan, blah). Ready to see this go down. Skins better win. At least Lions fans are more sympathetic to awful teams like the Redskins than when I watch in Ravens territory.

Re: Redskins Rams Gameday Thread
Reed can easily be a top 3 TE in the league if he stays healthy.
