As a fan of the team, from a scale between 0 and 10, what's your level of confidence that Ron Rivera, the front office, and the coaching staff can turn this thing around and produce 11 plus winning seasons starting next season and beyond ?

I’m going to go with a confidence level if 0. Having 11 winning seasons in a row in NFL is challenging enough let alone when you do not have a franchise QB. Next year we will have a stop gap at best once again.

If we get a qb that's average/above average next year will be 9-8, or 10-7 with a +/- 1. If pur d can come back or scheme better another 1-2.
Very early to call....if we get no qb and go in with Allen and heinekin....take 1-2 w off all totals.

You reading it as 11 wins in a season? I read it as 11 winning seasons.

I read this wrong too.

I thought it said can we win 11 games. And I was at a zero.

If Snyder is the owner, we can play for all eternity and not get 11 winning seasons. So still a zero, but I read it wrong.

I think a better question is how many seasons will Snyder own the team before he has an 11 win season. Or which will come first for Snyder, an 11 win season or 11 winning seasons

All of them. He will never win 11 games.

I don't think Rivera will ever even have a season again where his team wins more that they lose. He hasn't really done anything to date, IMO.

I am not sold on Ron. He has done some good things here but unless he gets a franchise QB he won't do squat. I think he is just an average coach. That being said if he has a good supporting cast - coaches and players, and no meddling from Snyder it would be possible As the roster/coaching staff/ownership stands today I give it about a 10% (and that is being generous) of this happening.

Well .. he won 7 games with a QB that was bagging groceries before the season .. dealt with major injuries and Covid .. he battled cancer also all while working for Snyder … you guys think what you want I’m grateful we got Ron ..I’m a realist and I’m giving him a chance to try and get a QB ..
