Emmanuel Forbes

It's apparent that he can not cover elite WRs.....he's just a rookie but he is very overwhelmed out there....

Is the problem talent or is it the coaching ? Forbes looks like a 5th round pick at best.

Re: Emmanuel Forbes

He is one player on a defense full of problems from top to bottom. It's not talent.

Can't draft players that high that weigh a buck sixty.

Re: Emmanuel Forbes

He needs coaching up. I'd suggest maybe losing Harris may have had a bigger than expected effect on this secondary.

He had a 2d round grade prior to the draft and we picked him over someone graded in the top 10 over all. He's playing like a CB that needs to learn for a bit before starting (ie like a 2d rounder). This shows that our GM sucks (oh and Gonzalez was playing like someone from the top 10 too). Skins really blew this last draft.

Re: Emmanuel Forbes

I would ask Darrell Green come in as a consultant and school all the CB’s.

Re: Emmanuel Forbes

Darrell Green hasn't played in over two decades. I'd prefer someone more in tune with todays game personally.

Try something else, give him more help in coverage or try him in the slot. His confidence must be shot right now.

You mean do what other teams do with their rookies?

You're right.....but the blown coverages and the
missed tackles suggests something is off with his game.

I agree.....this front office needs to be revamped.
