"Multiple sources said Bieniemy and the offensive coaches work well past midnight some nights during the week."

Really?

Doing what?

Read this earlier. Im just happy we reached the crossroads, because up until a few months ago I thought it was an eternal road through football hell. With Snyder there was no chance of ever sniffing a championship. Now there is a chance.

It is a good read, but it reads to me like Rivera is all out of ideas. I don't know how to change the outcomes so I'll drop my mantra. I don't know how to improve the offense, so I'll turn it over to the new guy. I don't know how to improve practice results so I'll let someone else organise it. I don't know how to build the roster so I'll let someone else dismantle it.

Keeping RR in some non-coaching, non-personnel capacity would be a good gesture because i think Harris likes him, but it just doesn't make sense. And if he thought EB could be a good HC he'd probably have made that call already. Feels like a complete rebuild in January.

Rivera brings nothing to the table. Nothing.

as I have said before, Ron is a good man, seems like he's well respected. he's had four years and it hasn't worked. the team may be in worse shape than when he took it over. that's on him.

he will get to walk off in the sunset w/ another year of getting paid and that'll be it for him as a head coach in the NFL.

At this point, I can't imagine one person from the current Coaching staff remaining after the season - in any capacity. Show me one position group that is actually holding their own and I'll change my mind. Sure Sam is putting up yards, but that is only because of the sheer volume of attempts EB has him throwing.

RBs maybe, Ryan Kerrigan for sentimental reasons, but new HC has to be onboard

And things can change very quickly in the NFL. Look at what happened with Atlanta after taking Matt Ryan. Saints with Brees , goes on and on. It all starts with a good coaching staff and good QB

I think Ron Rivera is done coaching...like so many others under Snyder, he will leave here tarnished and stained, and probably wishing he had never taken this job. He may end up doing some type of media job, or just drift off into the sunset...but his coaching days are done.

The guy had to survive both cancer and the worst of the Snyder years of ownership. It would not surprise me if he retires from coaching.

You really think he's done as HC? He is respected as a person, I don't know what people ever saw in him as a HC, but he's had two different stints of below mediocrity, save for the one good year he had when Carolina made the SB. He seems like a worse version of Jeff Fisher, because Jeff Fisher's teams were never HORRIBLE, they were just average. Ron in Washington except for one decent year (2020), has been borderline bad to horrible. I still think some other owner gives him one more shot because they will think that the three years under Dan Snyder doesn't count.....
