Jawboning with A Dallas Fan
 

Giving the Dallas fan at work crap last night.

Reminded him we were 3 and 0 and The cowgirls lost AGAIN, and they had to play the Eagles this weekend.

He retorted that "The Skins weren't that good, and hadn't really beaten anyone good yet."

I replied "We beat you, didn't we?"

Things got real quiet......

I think next week Beagles vs. Cowgirls is a no-lose for skins fans:

Eagles win, 'boys are down three losses,

Boys win, Eagles have two losses.

Even a tie is great for us.

CLASSIC! Your right, it is what the world refers to as as win/win! We also have a few weeks before we play any other division teams. It will be good to get some more experience under our belts

One of those teams will have a(nother) division loss by next monday.

We need to worry about US beating them. If the Skinnies can lay out a 5-1 or 4-2 record against the NFC East we're a playoff team. I think the NFC East is going to be tough going though as all 3 teams present quality matchups. We're gonna have to beat someone twice at least. Right now having won the 'pokes game on the road that looks like the series to sweep since they get to come to our house next time. An even split with the vagiants and philthys would get us to 4-2 in division and really put us in the driver's seat i think.

Good analysis. I have to think that is absolutely correct.

In other words, the way to the playoffs lies in beating Dallas, at home.

We can do that.

And let's not forget the Chicago win and the Seattle win - both NFC wins. These can be very important win it comes down to tie-breakers.
